Size guide
Three measurements cover everything we sell. Take them with a soft tape while your pet is standing, and write them down — you will use them again.
Neck
Around the base of the neck, where a collar naturally sits — lower than you think, just above the shoulders. Add two fingers of slack.
Girth
Around the deepest part of the chest, immediately behind the front legs. This is the measurement that decides harness size.
Length
Nose to the base of the tail, with your pet lying stretched out on their side. Add six inches for a bed.
Harbor Reflective Dog Collar
Measure the neck (A). If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
| Size | Neck range | Width | Typical breeds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 10 – 14 in | 3/4 in | Jack Russell, Dachshund, Miniature Schnauzer |
| Medium | 14 – 19 in | 1 in | Border Collie, Cocker Spaniel, Beagle |
| Large | 18 – 25 in | 1 in | Labrador, German Shepherd, Boxer |
Breed names are a rough guide only. The measurement is what matters — two Labradors can be two sizes apart.
Harbor No-Pull Dog Harness
Measure the girth (B). Weight and breed are not reliable predictors here — a whippet and a French bulldog can weigh the same and need different sizes.
| Size | Girth range | Neck adjusts | Rough weight guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 16 – 22 in | ±4 in | 12 – 25 lb |
| Medium | 22 – 28 in | ±4 in | 25 – 50 lb |
| Large | 27 – 34 in | ±4 in | 50 – 80 lb |
| X-Large | 33 – 42 in | ±4 in | 80 – 120 lb |
Cloudrest Orthopedic Dog Bed
Measure the length (C) and add six inches. Dogs that curl into a ball can go a size down; dogs that sleep flat out on their side should size up.
| Size | External | Internal sleeping area | Suits dogs to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Medium | 30 × 22 × 7 in | 24 × 17 in | 50 lb |
| Large | 36 × 27 × 7 in | 30 × 21 in | 90 lb |
Cloudrest Wool Felt Cat Cave
One size, 17 in external diameter with a 12 in internal floor and an 8 × 7 in opening. Comfortable for cats up to approximately 18 lb. Bonded pairs generally want one each rather than sharing.
Terrace Elevated Feeding Station
Measure your dog’s height at the withers — the ridge between the shoulder blades, with your dog standing square. As a rule the bowl rim should sit level with the bottom of the chest.
| Shoulder height | 8 in station |
|---|---|
| Under 16 in | Too tall — feed at floor level instead |
| 16 – 24 in | Correct height |
| Over 24 in | Usable, but a taller stand would suit better |
Wander Expandable Pet Carrier
Your pet should be able to stand up, turn around and lie down flat. Measure length (C) and standing height at the shoulder.
| Closed floor area | 18 × 11 in |
|---|---|
| Expanded floor area | 18 × 20 in |
| Internal height | 11 in |
| Maximum pet weight | 20 lb |
