You cannot describe two thousand products honestly
Search “dog harness” on most sites and you get four hundred results, most of them the same item under different names, none of them telling you what it is rated to or who it is wrong for.
We carry twelve products, which means we can tell you the pull rating, the foam density, the glaze certification and the honest weight limit — and say plainly when something is not right for your pet. Our carrier page says twenty pounds is the limit. Our hammock page says it is not a crash restraint. That is what a short list buys you.

Buying is the easy part. We handle the rest.
Order before 2:00 PM Mountain Time and it leaves the warehouse the same day. If the size is wrong, exchanges are free in both directions. If something fails inside twelve months, we replace it.
Before you order
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Standard shipping then takes 3–5 business days, expedited takes 2. Full detail on our shipping page.
What if I order the wrong size?
Size exchanges are free in both directions within 30 days. Email us and we will send a prepaid return label and ship the right size. Our size guide covers how to measure so it happens less often.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We ship to all 50 states, DC, US territories served by USPS, and APO/FPO addresses.
Are the reviews on this site real?
Yes. Every review comes from a customer who bought the product. We do not incentivise reviews, we do not write them ourselves, and we do not remove negative ones.
